Price includes sleeping, bedclothes, towels, DDV, use of wireless internet, use of water and electricity, use of parking place, toilet paper, soap, use of kitchen in apartments (see list of equipment in Apartment Bohinj Lake no. 1, 2 and 3).
Turist tax
Tourist tax is 2 EUR per person per day.
No tourist tax for children under 7 years.
Children from 7 to 18 years have 50% of discount.
Arrival and departure
If not agreed otherwise, check-in is usually from 4.00 p.m. till 8.00 p.m. and check-out till 10.00 a.m. (on Sundays till 9.45 a.m.)
Advance payment and cancellation of a reservation
Generally, the final confirmation of reservations require 30% payment of the total reservation price that you pay till the specified date. Other fee shall be paid by bank transfer before the arrival or in cash upon arrival. Written or oral cancellation is possible. In this case, we reserve the right to reimbursmenet:
– 60 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total reservation
– 14 – 60 days before arrival: 60% of the total reservation
– 8 – 14 days before arrival: 80% of the total reservation
– From 7 to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total reservation
– Date of arrival, early departure, or if the guest does not show: 100% of the total reservation.
In case of cancellation due to higher force or circumstances that could not be expected to occur (we will need some proof of such case), the cancellation costs will not be charged.
